The vintage is called \"Endlich\" or \"Finally\" in English because after three years I can offer a wine that is more Chenin than Grüner, a milestone I am proud to have achieved. Maybe in two years we get to 100%.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe wine aged and fermented in Italian Tava amphora for nearly one year. It rested on the gross lees until January 2026.\u0026amp;nbsp;\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is a low intervention wine, meaning, Nature was the winemaker. Both wines are unfiltered, so they can be cloudy — the cloudiness comes from the lees. When you filter wine it can remove color and some flavors, which is why I chose not to.\u0026amp;nbsp;\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe wine is bottled in 500ml brown glass bottles. It will be extremely limited to 95 bottles.
