2025 Endlich - Kapitel Zwei Wine (500ml)

Finally.

Harvested in September, Endlich is 55% Chenin Blanc and 45% Grüner Veltliner. The vintage is called "Endlich" or "Finally" in English because after three years I can offer a wine that is more Chenin than Grüner, a milestone I am proud to have achieved. Maybe in two years we get to 100%.

The wine aged and fermented in Italian Tava amphora for nearly one year. It rested on the gross lees until January 2026. 

This is a low intervention wine, meaning, Nature was the winemaker. Both wines are unfiltered, so they can be cloudy — the cloudiness comes from the lees. When you filter wine it can remove color and some flavors, which is why I chose not to. 

The wine is bottled in 500ml brown glass bottles. It will be extremely limited to 95 bottles. Each bottle will be individually hand stamped with its serial number.
